#374 Configurable space after [ and {

It is currently possible to select "Use space before and after parenthesis" using the Code Formatter dialog in the Preferences. Since this affects tuples, a similar option for square "[]" and curly "{}" brackets would be useful for lists and dictionaries respectively.
