#37 tab behaviour change - needs config option

In pydev 0.9.7, the behaviour for tabbing when hitting
enter within brackets has changed - previously, it
would only indent one tabstop, now it seems to indent
to the opening bracket. Can we please have a config
option somewhere to select the old behaviour instead of
the new?
