#296 ansi color in Console

Would it be possible to add color support for ansi color in the console? ie, when a program prints to stdout

"\e[31mHello" print Hello in color(1).

Keep a color table in the preferences with defaults according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ANSI_escape_code
