#242 Working sets

In PyDev perspective --> PyDev package explorer,
if I choose "Top Level Elements -> Working Sets", the option is correctly set, but the view still remains as the Projects one.

Reproducible.

System:
Eclipse 3.2, std configuration
PyDev 1.3.6
Windows XP
1 GB RAM
