#227 Add syntax highlighting of variables

JDT highlights variables, and I've gotten used to that. I'd like to have the same ability in pydev.

It makes it much easier to find the places where a variable is used.

This is not a request for "mark occurrences"; I'd like the ability to assign a text color to variables. This is controlled by "Appearance color options" in the root Pydev preferences panel.
