Strange behavior in regard do projects'...

For some time now I couldn't get my PyDev projects in PyDev Package Explorer sorted in alphabetical order. Recently I noticed very odd thing. It appears that having project's root added into PyDev - PYTHONPATH/Source Folders makes such project being sorted properly.
Source folders shouldn't have any impact on sort order of the project, right? It looks like a bug to me.
