I'd just like to say that pydev rocks and thanks for building it.
I'm wondering if anyone has thought of building a visual pyQt tool like ve is for Java. I know that one can use QtDesigner, but I'd like to stay in the Eclipse application if I could and ve works very well for Java. Would it be hard to make it work for PyQt ?
Just dreaming out loud...
What I do when I use qt is that I just add an association to make qt files open with qt, so, I can do all the browsing in Eclipse, but when it comes to actually editing the file, it opens the QtDesigner.
Still, apparently there's qt-jambi that's integrated in Eclipse: http://doc.trolltech.com/qtjambi-4.4/html/com/trolltech/qt/qtjambi-eclipse.html (I've never used it, so, I'm not really sure how the integration works).
Thanks for the reply.
I've heard of people doing that with qtDesigner. I'll have to look into it.
