#243 Problem with "+" in the project name

Pydev gets confused if project contains "+" in the
name. E.g. refactoring doesn't work.

To reproduce create a project with "+" in the name and
try to refactor anything. A window "Error" shows up.

Sorry, but refactoring is provided by bycicle repair
man(BRM), and the only part supported is the interface to
its shell... the part that gets confused is BRM and not
pydev, so, unfortunatelly, this won't be fixed...

I'm planning on adding support for refactoring myself, but
until there, you'll have to keep you projects without '+'...
