#1554 Error Deleting a Resource

I develop on a Windows 7 machine with a WebDav mapped driver from the server. (PyDev does not work still with Target Management - http://www.eclipse.org/tm/\). The WebDav is almost a perfect solution but it's very slow when first building and also errors out after an hour or when deleting a folder with error:

An exception has been caught while processing the refactoring 'Delete Resource'.

Reason: Problems encountered while deleting resources.

I have tried the nightly build of pydev and latest RC2 candidate release of Juno. Any further information I can provide please advise.
