Ever since I updated from 2.4 to 2.5 and subsequently 2.5 to 2.6 I've had the issue of PyDev freezing when the first python file is opened or selected in the tabs. It freezes for about 15 minutes and then is fine until I shut down / reopen Eclipse. I do have a few large projects (around 100 modules) but it was working fine in 2.4
