#1364 Extraneous &-characters in new wizard

When using the new wizard (ctrl+n) to create a new file, some of the entries show up with extraneous characters like:

&Source Folder
PyDev &Module
PyDev P&ackage

I got rid of them by editing plugin.xml.

(I realized that this removes their menu mnemonic when using the alt+f, n menu, but perhaps there's a way to get both... although if I had to choose only one I'd definitely choose to not see PyDev Package instead of PyDev P&ackage.)
