#1255 Hover contents reporting stale under some conditions.

I want to see how variables change as i'm stepping though the code. So I select the variable I want to view, and i click step, however, the little bubble only refreshes the contents of the variable if i move the cursor off of it and then back on. It should also refresh if you step or hit another break point.
