#1210 deleted packages still show up in 'open resource'

If I turn on 'automatically refresh', then delete a package in a source location for my project, the contents of that package are still available in the "globals browser" dialog. This can happen, for example, if directories have been re-organized in version control.

If I select the name in the globals browser, nothing happens; there's no error message alerting me that the name has been deleted.
