#1199 Issue with Sourceforge download button for PyDevPlugin 1.6.0

The download button for the pydev plug-in refers to the uncompiled sourcecode when it should refer to the compiled plugin. Also the site url's provided on the PvDev Site do not work for Eclipse Helios because the "Install New Software" Wizard is looking for a site.xml which is not present. Please repair these as it would make it much easier for developers to consume the PyDev Plug-ins.
