when i right-click on a breakpoint in an editor and select "disable breakpoint" on an enabled breakpoint or "enable breakpoint" on a disabled breakpoint the icon is not updated immediately.
To make an icon update happen the editor needs to be redrawn, i can i.e. switch to another tab in the editor and switch back, make some minor changes to the source (like adding a new line or some blanks) or i can simply switch to another application window and switch back so that the whole eclipse window is redrawn
