#1034 403: Access to update page denied

When trying to access http://pydev.org/updates or http://pydev.org/nightly either from my browser or Eclipse I receive the following error message telling me, that I am not allowed to view the page:

Whoops!
An error was encountered processing your request for http://pydev.org/nightly/
You are not allowed to access the requested page
Error Code: 403

I tried it multiple times over the last few days and this was always the servers response. I don't think, there is much I could be doing wrong, so I suppose it's a server problem...

The update (Amazon/S3) and nightly update sites still don't work - "access denied".
