pyDClib/DCLocalList.py: keep track of scanned paths;
pyDClib/DCWorker.py: added PYDCLIB_DCPP_VERSION symbol;
pyDClib/DCWorker.py: refreshSettings will rebuild local file list only when 
really needed;
MainWnd.py: fixed addFavorite call.

I've updated the rc1 packages to match these changes.
