#1 add documentation files to 2.3 source archive

If possible, in order to simplify distro packaging job,
I would appreciate documentation files' inclusion in the source archive.

I'm particularly referring to doc/index.html and doc/index_fr.html, now missing from pydblite-2.3.zip.
