First of all, thanks for the help!

I don't understand the following changes, though...

1.  Calls to Py_DECREF right after PyErr_SetObject were removed.

2.  In _DB2CursorObj_get_Cursor_Error, Py_BuildValue was changed to
PyTuple* calls.

3.  In *_dealloc, the calls were changed from PyObject_Del to PyMem_DEL.
