Download and unpack the latest pyDarts source code -----ok, did do that
Download and install Arduino drivers and software ---------yes, did that, too
Download and install Python x32 (3.6+ recommanded, works great with 2.7)----what? only available binary version is 3.8
Open a CMD.exe and browse to python pip directory : cd c:\python\Scripts---- there is no such directory!
Launch : “pip.exe install pygame pyserial netifaces” no! doesnt work

Where is your python installed ? If it's installed elsewhere, juste
browse to it and go into the Scripts folder. Come back if you don't find
it or if it's not there.
So it's normal that pip.exe install doesn't work.
Find pip.exe on your system and start again.
Keep in mind that you'll need a few basic IT skills for pyDarts, but I'm
pretty sure you'll be fine.
Cheers !

this instructions are to frustrating... why not just upload current bin versions, would be much more resonance and users and donations in this project...

dont get me wrong, i love the project itself but anyone who follows the quick start guide will be frustrated...
Download latest pyDarts binary for your operating system.
Unpack the zip file you just downloaded.
Plug your board in a free USB port.
For Microsoft Windows users : install the Arduino driver furnished in the pyDarts package (folder : “arduino/drivers”)
For GNU/Linux users, add your user to the dialout group
Double-click on the “pydarts” executable file to launch the game
Select the correct serial port and calibrate your board by simply pressing each segment and button on your board
You are ready to play !
Enjoy…

You cannot use the symbol % in the sketch nor in the pydarts config file.
That's the reason of your issue.
pyDarts is free software and there is no donation. Feel free to contribute.
Cheers !

i did not use any % in any sketch or any config file...
i just downloaded your 12x7 sketch and uploaded it after setting the pins
i can calibrate the board with the 1.2.0 beta bin, but not with source...
even after changing the % to a .
like i sayed, works fine with bin but with source i get error message "sorry dude, we found no suitable serial port"...
would be ok to play on 1.2.0 bin but there i cant get 301, 501 to work, just crashes then...

Definitly not dead !
3.8 is more than 3.6, so you're be OK.
