Some requests and suggestions

Some things I noticed that would further improve Pydarts:

• Please add a sound effect when i.e. the Player button is pressed to change turns. It's a bit confusing when the screen is not in view when at the board, when you don't know if the button press was accepted or not (in my case, the screen is sitting on a sideboard at the throw line).
• Voiced numbers, whether using windows 10 speech engine or just audio files, would be awesome
• Bullseye center is currently voiced as "Double", maybe combine the Double and Bullseye audios here?
• Allow to set more than 20 rounds. I'm not that good a dart player, so especially cricket can drag on a bit beyond 20 rounds.
