Hi, I am trying to develop a system for real-time acquisition and analysis system for bio-electric signals like ECG, EEG etc. I am using NI-6008 DAQ card from National Instruments for signal acquisition and PyDAQtools for interfacing and Python(x,y) (2.6.6.2) bundle to build the software on Windows Vista OS. I am able to do finite sample acquisition which is well documented. However, I would like to use PyDAQtools for buffered signal acquisition so that the input to the signal processing module can be continuous. But I do not find any examples to that extent in the Wiki page of PyDAQtools. What function should I use for this? How should I go about coding for buffered signal acquisition? Thank you, -- Arise Awake stop NOT till the 'GOAL' is reached Cheers, Kousik Sarathy, S |
