Bug fixes, including:
Using the app comment command of exit was closing the worksheet tab, but not exiting. This is now fixed.
Some protections of SQL app commands around file handling were added as improper XLM would cause errors that weren't explained. Now all quotes are stripped from file names when exporting or importing.
* Auto running an SQL sheet is now an option, and doesn't happen automatically when an SQL file is passed to the app on the command line. You need to use the "-autorun" command to get it to run all of the worksheet once the app has started
