Release 2.18 Notes

This release was designed to fix one bug in particular. When the -autorun command was given on the commandline it wasn't actually doing anything because I'd refactored my code and the function it was looking for was missing. This has now been fixed.

You will also note a change of name for the application. I think this one is a more accurate description of the app.
