Release 2.1 Notes

The following bug fixes have been applied since release 2.0:
1. Spatialite parsing of compressed geometries operates smoother in aggregate geoemtries.
2. Polygons with more than one ring no longer error consistently.
3. The orientation of the first ring in a polygon indicates the order for the rest of the rings to be oriented, menaing that the first one to be drawn is assumed to be the outer ring, and all rings oriented the same way have the same fill, while the rest are drawn white to look like donut holes.
