Release 1.3 Notes

The changes in this version are few. The rows brought back from a SELECT query are now labelled and operate smoother, and can be highlighted and selected. I tried making resizable columns but they weren't updating properly, so currently it's pretty static but is meant mainly for a quick indicator to what a query will look like. The idea being that you are most likely wanting to export a query as a CSV file anyway.
