[PyCrust] Bug Fix in CVS

Fixed call tip bug where a tip was displayed when a "(" was typed after an
object that wasn't actually callable.

Since this is a minor bug, and the new wxPython has not been released, I'm
considering this part of PyCrust 0.7.2. Is that okay with you Robin? You'll
need to get a fresh snapshot.
