[PyCrust] CVS Updated

CVS has been updated with a new revision that now has calltip support, along
with some bug fixes in the autocomplete feature. If you are using wxPython
2.3.1, PyCrust is suffering from the same accelerator key problems as
everyone else. Other than that, enjoy.
