CLIPS reports in to PyCLIPS via its entities, but also
generates "output" to the so called Output Streams.
CLIPS also implements an input router, and this should
be symmetrically used to send commands to the engine.

For now the StdinStream has been taken to light: at least it
allows the user to send text that can be read via the read
and readline CLIPS functions.
A new low-level sendCommand() function has been created,
as well as its high-level SendCommand() counterpart in order
to send commands to the engine as if they were typed at the
CLIPS prompt; this can be used instead of an I/O stream to
send commands to the embedded CLIPS. The updated version
is in the CVS system as of today.
This enhancement should close the RFE, and will be released
in version 1.0_04.
