How to open this app under windows 7 ?
Is there any other necessary application to be installed before run this one ?

Hi,
To run in windows you must install its mandatory dependencies:

python, version 2.7 required
pyqt4, developed with version 4.9
Numpy-scipy: python library for mathematical computation
matplotlib: python library for graphical representation of data
