#329 pip install PyChecker fails

When I try to sudo pip install PyChecker, it complains that it can't find it. Can we please add PyChecker to the official pip repository?

As a workaround, users can manually do:

$ sudo pip install http://sourceforge.net/projects/pychecker/files/pychecker/0.8.19/pychecker-0.8.19.tar.gz/download
