#14 add missing Exporters.GCode package to setup.py

The ToolpathExporter plugin does not work in develop and therefore, toolpath cannot be exported (see bug https://sourceforge.net/p/pycam/bugs/74/). This is caused by the missing package Exporters.GCode which is not included in setup.py
