Seven years ago I added the file scripts/pycam_win32_postinstall.py as a
post installation hook to the setup.py.  The script basically creates a
start menu link for pycam.  The way it was integretad into setup.py
seemed to have been obsoleted.  Additionally I would assume, that the
new setuptools "entry_points" do the start menu stuff on their own.

But I cannot tell, since I do not have access to Windows machines.
