Please describe exactly what you downloaded from where and what exactly you see on your screen.
Right now I have no idea, where you are :)

    http://pycam.sourceforge.net/requirements/
    Windows
    Alternatives:
 Use the standalone executable for Windows. It does not require any additional software.

Here’s where I went and this is what I found so I downloaded the program saved it to my downloads, click on its open and it opened a huge list of files which one of them was an executable file.

python.exewhen I clicked on it and DOS file opened up.

    Python 3.6.1 RC one< v3.6.1 RC 1^0:c0fbe5feee4f9c00f09cb9659c2182183036260a, mar 4 20
    17, 18:20:38> [msc v.1900 32 bit <intel>] on win32

here’s exactly I went and what I found

    This is confusing.
The documentation you refered to contains two links within the section for Windows. Both are currently broken.
Thus you probably picked a file for another system?

Anyway: the latest pycam release (v0.6.1) does not run on Windows. I assume that this situation will stay unchanged until someone puts major effort into supporting Windows.

Thus you will probably need to stick to the older release (v0.5.1) which was running on Windows: https://sourceforge.net/projects/pycam/files/pycam/0.5.1/pycam-0.5.1.1_standalone.exe/download

I am absolutely not able to give any kind of security advice regarding the proper treatment of Windows systems.

Maybe you want to verify the checksum of the file you downloaded. I just added the md5 sums to the download directory description:
    https://sourceforge.net/projects/pycam/files/pycam/0.5.1/

If the checksum of your downloaded file is matching (you will need to find out how to do this in Windows), then you can trust that file.

Okay I got through that problem, now or at least opening up a DOS program that says that the
qt platform plugin "windows" is missing word away fine one of the ways.
    Thanks again.

I am sorry - I have no idea.
Maybe someone could give you a hint if you would share a screenshot?
