hello,i'm an absolute beginner! i'm trying to install but it's very hard for me:
i've installed macports,extracted the pycam 0.5.1 but how should i "run /opt/local/bin/python2.5 pycam"? what does it mean? thank you for your help

in linux: open new terminal in the folder where deb package is and issue the command
sudo dpkg -i pycam_0.5.1-1_all.deb, you replace the name pycam_0.5.1-1_all with the name of your package and hit enter then wait about 30 sec.
then hit button Run application, key in the name pycam and that should be all
