I just subscribed, but I could not find any mention of why there is no Gcode output for PyCam when you export. Pycam is touted to creae Gcode from STL files. It imports the Stl files, but then when I try to export to Gcode it has nothing as option I can select.
This question probably has been asked 1000 times, but I cannot find an answer online, and on PyCam website it says it exports Gcode.
I am using PyCam 0.6.1

I can assure you, that your expectations are in line with the goals of the developers :)
I assume that you created a toolpath (and saw it in the preview window)?
And then you selected this toolpath and clicked on the "export" tab in the lower part of the screen? Was there a filename selection dialog? Was a non-empty file created?
Feel free to describe, where exactly pycam did not behave, as you expected.
