Did you try, if the "Techno Isel" device/software can parse pycam's ngc file?
(the file endings do not really matter, I guess)
FYI: Pycam emits GCode following the specification for LinuxCNC (http://www.linuxcnc.org/docs/html/gcode/g-code.html). But I assume, that it should work for most devices.
If it does not work: what is the error output? Is there a reference for the GCode specification of your device?
