The program freezes with 'push cutter' , usually works with drop cutter. Tried with the samples, different templates and one of my own stl files with the same results. Winxp install. Otherwise, cool program.

Check out my post in the help part of this forum about help with windows install. I had the same problem. I had to disable ODE under Edit-Preferences. I worked after that, slow but it worked.

yes, there is a problem with the ODE code causing a hang on Windows. This problem is already fixed in the code repository and will be released in the next days.
The non-ODE collision detection is (under most circumstances) slower, but it should work.

thanks, that worked. I'll try ODE again a wait longer to see if that was the problem.
