#86 Dependency Installer does not work

I downloaded file python2.5-gtk-opengl.exe from page https://sourceforge.net/projects/pycam/files/pycam/0.5.1/ and ran it.
It cannot download python-2.5.4.msi and Windows show error message when it tries to install it.
Probably URL of this file changed.
Also it does not download and install libgtkglext without any error message.

Workaroung:
I downloaded and installed python-2.5.4.msi manually.
After this I ran Dependency Installer and it installed all components except libgtkglext.
I downloaded and installed libgtkglext manually.
