#84 [website] Documentation is gone

Apparently the wiki behind http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/pycam/ is gone, but the pages are still referenced on http://pycam.sourceforge.net/. This is bad, because User Manual is nowhere else to be found (apart from archive.org). Please fix this or mirror the pages somewhere else to give newcomers a chance :-)
