#3 'Who's online' functionality

The goal of this functionality consists in :

- providing a place (in general tab ? or particular for
a profile ?) for user to type in a list of buddies

- regulary (i think 2 mins is server friendly, must
check with BZFlag core programmers) check the presence
of buddy in favorite servers
