[pybot] pybot has a new life

Hello everyone!

I'd just like to mention that a lot of work has been done in pybot in
the last year or so, and I'm glad to announce that we're getting very
close to a stable release (the first one as well). Many areas were
increadibly improved, like the online help system which now has complete
coverage (including permissions, infopacks, etc), and the console
system, which allows easy local control and configuration. If anyone is
still alive here :-), I'd like to ask you to have a look at the webpage
(new page at http://www.pybot.org) and give pybot a try, hunting
possible bugs.
