By the way, my solution is a 1-template-to-render-them-all solution. And
the more I think about it the less sure I am it is the correct approach
(it is the least backward-compatible in any case). So it might just be
an inspirement to use jinja2 that code that we can simply copy. I
certainly would not be offeded if we rethought and re-did the work
properly.
