[pyblosxom-users] I've got the "Mainly Green" flavour working

Well after a bit of rather ham-fisted debugging I have worked out what
was wrong with the Mainly Green flavour.  It needs a content_type.html
file in its flavour directory and it doesn't come with one.

Simply copying a trivial content_type.html file to its flavour
directory gets it to work and it's actually rather 'cleaner' than some
of the other flavours in that it doesn't have any/many hard links to
things that don't exist.
