Last mail on this topic, I promise. I commented out lines 992,993 and 
posting comments works flawlessly now.

So the problem seems to be that plugins/comments.py creates a 
"bl_type_file" key, but no _escaped and _urlencoded variants (which 
would actually be quite useless anyway). What is the best way to fix 
this properly?
