Sounds good.

In the meantime, I cleaned up the build system in the gtk3 branch. With
minor changes, they could be also applied to master.

Basically, I fixed 'make distcheck' to make it work, and fixes some
issues I found when installing pybliographer in non-standard
directories, and running from the source code without installing it any
place beforehand.

I noticed that some locales settings are hard coded, but for developing
that is not a big deal (not for me at least :-)
