Hi, It seems we should update the query link. We should use eutils. See eg. http://eutils.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/eutils/esearch.fcgi?db=pubmed&term=science[journal]+AND+breast+cancer+AND+2008[pdat] I'm checking the manual, and trying to find out how the code should be updated.
