[Pybem-developers] PyBEM design document

Hi All,

I've just committed the first draft of a design document for PyBEM. Most
of it is wishlist-y stuff or thinking alound, but it outlines the kind
of game that I'm planning on making (once some of the other programming
stuff is out of the way).
