[Pyars-users] new version 0.9.8 has been released on 2006-12-15

Dear pyars users!

I just re-released version 0.9.8 of the installer package of pyARS for
Windows. There seems to be a bug in the docbook xslt that's being used to
generate the html documentation for pyARS. I now changed to the html
templates (instead of xhtml) and that fixed the bug. Otherwise, no changes.
 
In addition, I found out about "setup.py sdist" :-) So you now also find a
source distribution of pyARS.
