[Pyars-users] pyARS: new version 1.6.0 has been released

Dear pyars users! 

The new version 1.6.0 has been released beginning of last December.

With this release, I changed the documentation to use Sphinx; while I'm not completely happy with the result yet, it's good enough for now. But this is what kept me from publishing the release...
